Magnet On the Right Side of a 13-3 Woodland Tilt

The Magnet baseball team was victorious in their Region matchup against Woodland Wolverines. Jose Revuelta pitched a complete game, striking out 6 and allowing only 3 hits. Shored up by a solid defense, and timely hitting, the Raptors broke a tightly contested game open with an 8 run 5th inning.

Magnet Defeats Andrews 5-3

The Magnet baseball team defeated the Andrews Yellow Jackets Friday night in an extremely competitive 7 inning game. Tyler Heckman and Anson Harrison combined for a gem of an outing from the bump. Cole Ivey touched 'em all with a round tripper to left. The young Raptors scored 3 runs in the top of the 7th to take a 5-3 lead. The defense held, and the Raptors took the second game of this two game series.
