The Academic Magnet Girls’ Varsity Tennis Team achieved a resounding victory against Woodland High School on Tuesday, securing the Regional Championship. This triumph marks an end to a prolonged period of no Regional Championships. The regular season concludes with two additional matches against Berkeley High School and Hanahan High School. October 17th will be designated as Senior Night at the Magnet Tennis Courts.

The team eagerly anticipates the upcoming playoffs. Captain Lila Garrett emphasizes the exceptional camaraderie among the team members, which has been instrumental in their collective pursuit of the goal match by match. Captain Chloe Trowman underscores the team’s commitment to maintaining focus on the present and allowing their efforts to speak for themselves.
